Creator of the ABIDE & ALIGN Mentorship Program, she helps ambitious women deepen their walk with God and align their lives and callings with Scripture.
With over 21 years of ministry experience, 15 years in healthcare leadership, and 5 years in mental health, Nydia brings a unique blend of spiritual depth, professional expertise, and creative leadership. She has designed scalable programs, led teams, and built data-driven outcomes while walking faithfully in her calling.
Along her journey, she has grappled with themes of identity, personal growth, mental health, spirit-led ministry, and resilient faith.
